January - Second Web cam Installed

January - Bill starts putting up the BuildBlock ICF walls in the basement

January - Pump and concrete trucks pour 30 yards of concrete into the ICF walls with Helix

January - Matt Unkle and his crew frame the basement and the first floor

February - Bill and crew set the first floor ICF walls, and cut and buck all the doors and windows

February - More yards of concrete fill in the first floor ICF and Helix

February - Weatherseal Construction puts eco friendly waterproofing and dimple membrane on basement walls to grade

February - Cary Stouffer and crew backfill mounds of dirt and dig 16 footers for porch and deck

February - Matt started framing the first floor

January - CraftMart partners with GCM for custom stairs.

February - Roberts NO VOC floor adhesive used to affix reclaimed yellow pine flooring to basement floor.

​February - Whole Heart Farm donates cedar harvested locally and responsibly.

February - Fortress Railing Products donates beautiful glass side railings for stairs.
